JohnHOLMES(MELVYN) Hazel, Gareth, Darren, Julie and family would like to say a very big thank you to all relatives, friends and neighbours for kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and for donations received in their sad loss of a much loved husband, dad, dad-in-law and grandad. Thanks also to everyone who has helped Melvyn in his last weeks, it was greatly appreciated. Grateful thanks are extended to The Rapid Response, Leeds General Infirmary, Calderdale Royal Hospital, Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, the ambulance men, police, Newsome Surgery and Pharmacy for all their help and support. Also to Rev. Ann Sykes for her visit and kind words, and to Gwen and Andrew at Radcliffe Funeral Service for all their help with the Funeral arrangements.
